Construction is a business that is a source of excitement but also a source of tension. The projects are often characterized by an unusually high number of involved parties, several intersections, unforeseeable circumstances and, consequently, also a high potential for conflict. These potential conflicts have to be anticipated and prevented already in the context of the drafting of the contracts or have to be resolved – in the event that they manifest – at a later point in time, where possible, in an amicable manner, and where necessary, in the context of a dispute.
