Whether litigation or real estate mediation – we help you resolve your conflicts efficiently and sustainably

Real estate offers its stakeholders high financial value and returns, but for exactly this reason it often also harbours significant conflict potential. As experienced advisors, we stand by your side in resolving your real estate-related disputes.

We represent your interests not only “classically” in contentious court proceedings. It is often worthwhile to look beyond the obvious. In addition to arbitration, real estate mediation in particular can offer a more cost-effective and time-saving alternative to court proceedings.

Together rather than against each other. Mediation is an interest-based process in which the parties jointly seek a forward-looking and mutually beneficial solution. Whether in project development, construction, asset management, or real estate transactions, people often know each other and are sometimes even long-term partners – and yet “one always meets twice”. Beyond resolving the conflict itself, the goal of mediation is to preserve the business and interpersonal relationship. This way, the loss of clients or business relationships is avoided and a successful collaboration is secured for the future.

    Our Areas of Expertise

We bring years of experience across our areas of practice. This enables us to provide you with a quick and straightforward initial assessment, and as a rule also a rough estimate of the workload involved. In our advisory work, we always keep your commercial interests in mind. In areas we do not cover ourselves, we are happy to refer you to colleagues from other firms with whom we enjoy working closely. We look forward to hearing from you!
